Mental health is important. We need to talk about it more and make a more open environment for people to discuss it. And where's a better place to talk about these things than being out with your mates at the pub?

That's why every Monday from May to July, we'll be donating $5 from every schnitzel sold to the Adelaide Footy League's mental health program.
