Situated at 180 Henley Beach Road, the Hurley Hotel Group’s Hotel Royal is turning a new stone. The vision of an intimate and fresh sports bar has been brought to life with the first stage of renovations complete. The iconic building now has a two-storey sports bar, the Back Pocket.

The Back Pocket boasts large screens, TAB, and outdoor heating perfect for those cooler months. The TAB bar is intimate, and both outdoor areas are the ideal place to catch up with friends for a cold drink and live sport.

New branding by graphic designer Lianna Hollis has made the Back Pocket iconic in itself while boasting a deep green colour and a football oval-style logo.

The Back Pocket also features me&u making ordering food and beverage from the upstairs area easier than ever. The Back Pocket have convenience and ease in mind, delivering all orders to your table, including food, cocktails, beer and wines.

Playing live sports, iconic football games and all races, the Back Pocket is the perfect location for all catch-ups, after-work drinks and weekend fun.

The renovation of the bottleshop is next with expansion underway at the Hotel Royal.
